My Reflections.

HELLO WORLD! Sabrina Gallegos in the house. My group at the fair, is conformed by Maria Jose Koury, Mariana Martin, Jose "Cheche" Boccalandro, Juan David Linares, Roman Pinto, and I. We worked with cheese, and it was a little weird to prepate it, althought the production process is really easy. You just have to add "Cuajo" to the cow milk, you wait 45 minutes, the cut it, and extract the serum. You mix the serum with salt and add it back to the milk, then you mix it and put the result in a cullender, all the serum goes out and the salt stays. Leave it on a clean place for 24 hours and ther put it inside the freezer.
This was a really good experience for me, not only for the things I learned, also because I'm a better person now, I had to learn to work with a big group, and learned a lot of thing about myself, like that I have to be less controlling and more comprehensive with my classmates. Did I learn how to divide my time? OF COURSE, Now I'm a more organized person, and now I get that there's never a short time, it's that we don't know how to use it in our favor. And maybe it was a little hard, but what isn't hard in life? We just have to suck it up and be mature to understand who and where we are in life.
-xoxo, Sabrina.

Introducing Myself.

Hello human beings! My name is Sabrina Gallegos, and this is my first post in my blog for the English class in our blogging experience. I was born in San Tome, a ghost town located in Anzoategui, Venezuela. I am a reallly loving and carrying person, I love to love things. My wonderful mother's name is Jenny Medina, she is the most awesome person I have ever met. My father's name is Eusebio Gallegos, and He inspires me everyday, because even he has been through a lot in life, he always supports and cheers me. And last, but no least, my big sister, Estefania, Well... what can i say about her? she is annoying, as every single sister in the world, but deep in my heart, I love her. I live in Lecheria with these 3 amazing people. I study 9th grade at Don Dosco School, with 32 SUPER annoying people, but they all are like my 2nd family.

Well, now let's go to the point, the picture above is one of my favorite, Who are those people in the picture? Those are my mom and I. I'm the girl with the skirt, and this photo is one of my favorites because it reflects how happy I'm when I'm with my mom. This picture was taken at my house in 06/07/2011, I remember the date because it's my mom's birthday, so it was really special to me to take a picture with her. We were about to go to have lunch with the whole gang (my family) at my mom's favorite restaurant. I love my mom, and love her birthday!
-xoxo, Sabrina.
